In just 30 minutes and avoiding the heat, burning twice the calories without the risk of injury, thanks to a special bike with the one you can paddle into the water.

Pool Bike classes are like “land classes” –with music and an instructor- but only lasts 30 minutes because of the intensity of the water resistance.

There are less injuring because joints do not support the weight of the body and there are no uncontrolled movements, because the resistance of water is constant and there is no inertia, neither high speed. You will sweat as much as in a “land class” but you will not have that overwhelming feeling of warmth.

The design of the pedal platform facilitates the regulation of effort in terms of the rhythm or cadence, it also allows barefoot, which increases ease of use. With only the bathing suite as material you can make an ideal class.

It has a low cadence, less resistance, special for older people or rehabilitation. High cadence equal high resistance, it is special for athletes, or users with good physical condition.
It also is ideal for the ones who wants to shape their legs (it fights cellulite and sagging due to water massage effect) and burns calories.

Progressive resistance makes all users to find their optimum exercise point.

The calorie consumption per hour can reach the 500 kc/h, much higher compared to other cardiovascular activities, due to the resistance provided by water.

Two to three weekly sessions is the recommended frequency for instructor for this activity. The ideal is combining it with toning and stretching session.
